Bilberry extract is rich in antioxidants which help to fight off free radical damage to the cells of the eyes.

Watercress and Kale are included as they are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, nutrients which are essential to maintaining optimum levels of eye health

Acai Berry again helps to provide free radical protection and also provides Vitamin E, another key eye health nutrient

Stabilised Rice Bran (SRB) - contains more than 100 known antioxidants, many which are important to the maintenance of eye health including carotenoids, tocotrienols, tocopherols, alpha lipoic acid (which also recycles antioxidants such as vitamins C and E), coenzyme Q10 and the enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase and catalase are among the most significant
