Sonnentor Organic Loose Lemon Balm, also known as Melissa, is a gently aromatic herb with a fresh lemony scent and a softly sweet, herbal flavour. Use freshly boiled water (100 °C) and allow the leaves to infuse for up to 10 minutes, depending on your preferred strength.
