Solgar Psyllium Husks Fibre 500mg
These psyllium husks supplements from Solgar are a soluble fibre source which can help relieve both constipation and diarrhoea. Psyllium husks are known to assist with the cleansing of the large intestine by helping to remove putrefactive toxins and by also helping to regulate effective bowel movements. Psyllium husks work by increasing the bulk in your stool which helps to cause movement of the intestines. It also works by increasing the amount of water in the stool making the stool softer and easier to pass.
Directions
Two capsules daily with a large glass of juice or water (250ml), preferably in between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
