The Solgar Liquid Vitamin D3 provides 2500 IU in liquid form and is quicker and more easily absorbed. Nearly all cells in the immune system depend on Vitamin D to function effectively. Take Solgar Vitamin D3 preferably during mealtimes each day to ensure you obtain vital immune-enhancing vitamin D3 and better your chances of fighting off colds and flu's.
Vitamin D is produced in your skin upon exposure to sunlight and given the lack of sunlight exposure during these dark and gloomy Winter days, it is impossible to maintain your required levels of this vital vitamin, which cannot even be met through diet alone
Directions
0.5ml once or twice daily, preferably at mealtime, or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
