Riley's Organic Cotton Pads are made with 100% organic cotton top sheet and core to naturally absorb your period - without any artificial absorbents (SAPs). They are Certified to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). These pads with wings are soft, slim, breathable, and naturally leak-proof, for comfort and confidence.

Each pad is biodegradable, including the wrapper, and uses skin-safe adhesive that stays secure without relying on harsh glues. Like all of Riley packaging, the box is made from FSC-certified card, sourced from responsibly managed forests and fully recyclable.

Rigorously tested for safety and comfort, our pads are hypoallergenic, fragrance free, and non-irritating. They’re made without chlorine bleach, rayon, bamboo, titanium dioxide, dyes, GMOs, or any of the harsh chemicals in mainstream brands that can dry skin or disrupt your pH balance.

Are the pads scented or bleached?
Definitely not. Our pads are fragrance-free and made without chlorine bleach so you can trust that our products are kinder to your vagina.
Do your pads contain artificial absorbent?
No, the top sheet and absorbent core of our pads are made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and absolutely nothing else.
How do these pads compare to other brands?
For us, transparency is key. Which is why we tell you exactly what our products are made from. Our pads are made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, free from harmful chemicals, fragrances, rayon, glues and plastics, unlike many mainstream brands. Riley pads are designed to be kind to your body and our planet, offering reliable protection without compromising on comfort or sustainability.
What absorbency should I use?
It's so important to use the right absorbency to suit your flow. Everyone's period flow changes throughout their menstrual phase. Here's a full breakdown of when to use each absorbency and remember to change your pad frequently. We recommend every 3-4 hours (or more if your period is heavy): Regular Absorbency: 🩸🩸 up to 40 grams Can be used for light / medium flow periods or in the middle / towards the end of menstruation Super Absorbency: 🩸🩸🩸 up to 50 grams Can be used for heavy flow periods, at the beginning of your period or at night while sleeping

Pad:

Made with 100% certified organic cotton, these pads are free from synthetic materials, but due to hygiene reasons, they should be wrapped (in tissue or their wrapper) and placed in the general waste bin. They are not flushable and should never be disposed of down the toilet.

Wrapper:

The wrappers are made from corn starch and are fully biodegradable. If your local council accepts compostable packaging, you can pop them in the compost bin. If not, they’ll still break down more safely in general waste than plastic alternatives.

We are dedicated to maintaining the accuracy of product information. However, as ingredients and usage instructions may change over time, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. For the most reliable and current details, please refer directly to the manufacturers' information.

Step 1: Peel & Place

Remove the pad from its wrapper, peel off the adhesive strip, and stick it firmly to the inside of your underwear.

Step 2: Wear & Go

You’re good to go! Our leak-proof design keeps you protected, whether you're running errands or chilling.

Step 3: Change & Dispose

Change your pad every 4–6 hours (or as needed), then wrap it in tissue or the wrapper and dispose of it in the bin.
