Omega Active is a Super Omega-3 containing 1,362mg of Omega-3 Fish Oil per two capsule serving. A natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids with a powerful combination of 756mg EPA and 504mg DHA.
The easy to swallow capsules have a unique plant-based enteric shell, which prevents the capsules breaking down in the stomach, instead breaking down in the upper intestinal tract, which aids absorption and prevents any fishy aftertaste. The plant-based capsule ensures the product is suitable for pescatarians and is certified by Friend of the Sea.
Directions
Take two capsules per day, before or with food, with a glass of cold water. Do not chew the capsules.

Omega-3 Fish Oil (FISH), Vitamin E (D-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate). Capsule Shell: Glycerine (plant derived), Thickener Premix, Water, Modified Starch, Gellan Gum, Trisodium Citrate.
