Will Iron Complex cause constipation or other gastro-intestinal issues like other supplements?

What is elemental Iron?

Elemental iron is the amount of actual iron in an iron supplement that your body can absorb and use. It’s the ‘active’ form of iron that supports various functions such as normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal energy yielding metabolism, reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal oxygen transport in the body.
