Pukka Organic Clean Matcha Green is a refreshing blend of ingredients which may have positive effects on the health. The key ingredients in this tea are sencha and matcha green teas. Sencha green tea is the base for this tea, and comes with all the benefits you can expect from green tea, namely a rich supply of antioxidants and a gentle detoxifying effect. Added to that is matcha, a powerful plant which can have as much as ten times the nutrients found in green tea, as well as many vitamins and minerals. This tea also contains fennel and licorice, which add some sweetness to the tea to balance the slight bitterness of green tea. Turmeric is also included as a natural antioxidant and inflammatory, also giving the tea a pleasant warmth. Lastly lemon extracts provide a distinctly uplifting taste and aroma, the perfect way to round out the tea.
