Add half a pint of milk, soya, oat or nut drink, Blend with a handful of berries such as strawberries, raspberries or blueberries, or half a banana. Drink immediately. Take daily for all-year-round support.

From 5 years – 10 years: 4 heaped teaspoons (20g)
From 10 years old/adults: 6 heaped teaspoons (30g) daily.
