One Nutrition Organic MCT Oil is an oil concentrated with easily digestible Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Medium-chain triglycerides, or MCTs, are the types of saturated fatty acids typically found in coconuts that are rapidly absorbed by the body and used as an energy source; perfect for those following a low carb or high fat diet.
One Nutrition Organic MCT Oil is 100% Coconut Oil - 60% C8 (caprylic acid) and 40% C10 (capric acid), with no palm oil and no lauric acid. One Nutrition MCT Oil contains no chemicals or fillers used during processing - this results in a clean, light coconut-flavoured MCT oil with no harsh aftertaste, preserved in an amber glass bottle to protect the oil from air and light.
