Clean Lean Protein is a premium plant-based protein made from golden European peas. It provides up to 21 grams of clean protein per serve, with no gluten, dairy or unnecessary additives. Is it suitable for everyone?
Clean Lean Protein is allergen-friendly, low in sugar and free from common allergens such as gluten, dairy and soy. It is suitable for kids, adults, athletes and anyone looking for a clean source of plant-based protein.If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend speaking with your doctor or health practitoner before taking any supplements. Is it environmentally friendly?
Our golden peas are grown in Europe and processed using a clean, water-based method. All water is recycled and any leftover material is repurposed.
What is the natural sweetener used?
To comply with EU regulations, Clean Lean Protein sold in the UK and Europe is sweetened with a pinch of Stevia (a natural extract from the Stevia rebaudiana plant with a long history of use in traditional medicine, foods and drinks). The compounds in Stevia (steviol glycosides) are 30-300 times sweeter than sugar, so the amount needed to round out the flavour profile in our protein is minimal. And, because the body does not metabolise these glycosides, Stevia is considered to be a zero-calorie natural sweetener.
