Hanna’s Bees Irish Ivy Honey is a distinctive raw Irish honey made by Hanna’s own honeybees from the nectar of autumn-flowering ivy. Produced in small batches, the honey is neither filtered nor pasteurised, helping to preserve the natural character of the raw honey.
Light in colour with a creamy, toffee-like consistency, this ivy honey is blended with a small amount of rapeseed and spring honey to create a delicious balance of sweet, spicy and caramel-like flavours. It is then soft-set to give it a wonderfully smooth and spreadable texture.
