Certified Organic, Flora Flax Oil is a simple, practical source of omega 3 fatty acids (55-60%). Flax Oil is also a source of carotene, and vitamin E.
Flax oil is an excellent source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids. Our Flax Oil is freshly pressed at low temperature in an oxygen and light-free environment. It is unrefined, non-deodorized and nitrogen flushed to help preserve quality and freshness.
Recommended use:
Pour around 3-4 dessertspoons of this nutritious oil on your food. Tastes wonderful over prepared foods such as rice, pasta and grilled vegetables. You can even create your own salad dressings. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks.
