One dose (10g) contains 1300mg Immunoglobulin G (IgG).
Adults and children 11 years and older: 10g (approx. 2 scoops) 1-2 times daily.
Children 1-10 years: 5g (approx. 1 scoop) 1-2 times daily.
Mix into yoghurt, smoothies, or soft food. Use a shaker for best results. Avoid mixing with hot liquids to preserve natural proteins.
