Biona Organic Vitality Rye Bread with Sprouted Seeds is a nutritious and delicious wheat free bread. It is made using organic wholegrain rye meal as well as organic sprout mix including mung bean, aduki, alfalfa, rye, radish, sesame, linseed and quinoa. It is made using traditional artisan skills which includes freshly grinding the grains before baking. This ensures none of the wholegrain goodness is lost. Rye is a fantastic source of fibre and has a low Gycemic-Index (GI) which means it will help you feel fuller for longer. The many sprouted seeds added to this nutritious rye bread add many essential vitamins and minerals. This bread contains seven slices. It is organic and does not contain any artificial preservatives or colourings.
