Better You Dlux Vitamin D Oral Spray contains 3000IU / 75ug of Vitamin D3 per 0.14ml spray (typical spray). Vitamin D helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth as well as supporting a healthy immune system. This spray is micro emulsified to provide greater uptake and absorption. Great peppermint taste - approximately 100 sprays per bottle which equates to about a 3 month supply. Where sunlight is limited, 1000iu of Vitamin D3 per 25kg of bodyweight is recommended.
