Its primary ingredients are Basil and Rosemary. Basil can help to calm the worries in your mind. Rosemary may help to stay alert as well as aiding memory. The blend also includes ingredients such as Roman Camomile, Lavender and Grapefruit. Such ingredients can help to relax the body and mind and ease anxiety. Directions

Add 8-10 drops to an aromatherapy burner, add water and ignite the night light. Alternatively, you can add 4 drops to a tissue and inhale as needed.
You may also choose to dilute 10 drops in a tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel and apply to your feet the morning of your exam or speech.
