Beta glucans is a soluble fibre which is typically found in baking yeast and mushrooms.

It is commonly used to protect our bodies from colds and flus. Ester-C is a combination of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) and calcium.

Elderberry extract is included in the formula of this Nature's Aid product as it has anti-viral properties and is rich in antioxidants.

It works to strengthen the immune system and relieve congestion.
