Solgar Rhodiola Root Extract
Solgar’s Rhodiola Root Extract is a standardised, full potency herbal extract with potential benefits on physical and mental performance. Stresses in our daily lives and environment impact on our physical and mental health, and this can lead to a weakened immune system. Rhodiola extract behaves like an adaptogen, which can help the body adapt to environmental stresses with non-specific resistances through homeostasis (internal stability) when taken on a regular basis. This may help with memory and concentration, and improve sleeping patterns as stress can negatively impact upon those. Rhodiola extract also possesses antioxidative properties, helping prevent unnecessary cell damage. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Directions
One to three vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime.
Ingredients
Standardised Rhodiola Root Powdered Extract – 250mg (2.5mg (1%) saidozid, 7.5mg (3%) rosavins), Raw Rhodiola Powder – 100mg, encapsulated with: vegetable capsule shell, (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), vegetable magnesium stearate (made from vegetable stearic acid), silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, antioxidant(powdered blend of beta-carotene prep. And ascorbic acid)
