From the Bean and Goose workshop in Wexford, Ireland each bar is made using sustainably sourced single origin Ecuadorian chocolate and inspired by the flavours, landscape, designers and makers of Ireland. This bar has strong notes of chili & dark chocolate offset by sweet honey & smooth hazelnuts. They toast nibbed hazelnuts with warming spices and sweet 100% Irish honey from Tara Hill Honey (located on a hill in Wexford).
