I started taking Norvia in October 2021 for hot flushes which I was experiencing a couple of times a day, plus waking me throughout the night. I noticed a reduction in the severity of flushes within 3 weeks and by week 5 I was having fewer flushes both day & night which was amazing.
I went on holidays for 10 days and forgot to pack my Norvia. Within 5 days my hot flushes had returned to my pre Norvia level both day & night - how quickly I had forgotten how uncomfortable they were!
I’ve just started my 4th box of Norvia and my day flushes have all but disappeared, while I’m still having night flushes they aren’t as severe. Overall I highly recommend this product.
How to Use
- Take in the morning or early afternoon
- 1 x shake per day, 2 shakes can be taken, if required. 1 sachet = 1 shake
- Add 1 sachet to 150ml of cold water in a shaker
- Shake until dissolved
