Evergreens SOSMIX has been packaged especially for Evergreen Healthfoods. It is a delicious mixture of wheat rusk, herbs and spices and is very common with vegan and vegetarian diets to make a variety of vegan friendly foods. This product can be used to make veggie sausages, burgers, kieves, sausage rolls and a number of other items. It is so easy to use this product, simply form into shape and fry in a little oil until they are golden brown. For a healthier option these tasty little mixes can be baked in the oven. To add even more flavour why not add your own favourite herbs and spices or onion, vegetables and tomatoes.
