Add 150g butter, rub with fingers until mixture resembles breadcrumbs or use a food processor. Add 1 egg and 60ml of water, mix thoroughly until dough is combined. Refrigerate for 30min. Topple dough onto a floured work surface, shape into a ball, dust the pastry dough with flour, roll out flour gently and evenly.
