The beta-glucan present helps reduce scalp dryness, again relieving scalp irritation. The gentle shampoo aids balance in your heads delicate chemistry and is enhanced with vitamin E, oat, wheat protein and plant-derived cleaners also, which aid balance and moisture levels leaving your hair and scalp feeling soft and clean. Avalon Organics conditioners are safe, effective, certified and contain no synthetic fragrances, phthalates, harsh sulphates or parabens. For best results use in conjunction with Avalon Organics Scalp Treatment Tea Tree Conditioner
