Cannellini Beans are white kidney beans, ad also known as ‘Italian white kidney beans’ or ‘fasolia beans’. They have a fluffy texture and a slightly nutty, mild flavour when cooked. They are very popular in many dishes, but particularly in Italian cuisine such as pastas, salads, casseroles and minestrone soup. Like many beans, the cannellini bean is a great source of protein.
